香菇生长过程中木质纤维素的生物降解规律

摘    要:本文研究了香菇在自然温度生长条件下,木屑米糠培养基中木质纤维素的生物降解规律,结果表明,在整个生育过程中,培养基失重67.3%,呼吸消耗56.5%,绝对生物学效率10.9%;培养基中木质素的降解主要在营养生长阶段,半纤维素的降解速率比较匀一,纤维素在生殖生长阶段降解速率加快,菌丝生长阶段主要利用非木质纤维组分,木质纤维素是生殖生长过程中的主要碳源。

Abstract:The biodcgradation law of lignoculUilosc during the growth of Lentrinus edodes on the sawdust-rice bran medium at room temperature was investigated in this study. The results showed that, at the end of cullivution (247 days), 67.3% of dry medium weight was reduced; the consumption of respiration urnl the absolute biological efficiency were 56.5% und 10.9% rcsp.; the btodegradation rate of ligmn on mycclial growth stage was much higher than that in the later period, and that of cellulose speeded up on fruiting stage, while the biodegradation of hemicellulose was uniform at whole growing period and the nonlignoccllulosc was mainly utilized at the stage of mycclial growth. In comparison, lignocellulosc was the main carbon source at fruiting stage.
