金针菇的发酵研究及应用初报

摘    要:筛选菌株的发酵曲线表明,培养48 ̄96小时为其增殖生长期,菌龄试验表明89小时摇瓶菌种活力优于113和137小时者;发酵罐中试培养中,64小时生物量达33.7g/ml(鲜重);醪液作为液体菌种,产量及菇形正常,发菌期缩短1/3且现蕾期较早,从醪液中提取营养浓缩液及粗多糖粉。浓缩液含氨基酸555.38/10ml,多糖6.0mg/ml,可溶性固形物≥13%,急性毒性试验证明无毒,重金属含量符合国家标准

Abstract:The fermentation curve of the selected strain of Flammulina velutipes indicates that the multiplication period is 48-96 hours. The activity of the shake flask spawn of 89 hours is better than that of 113 hours and 137 hours. The biomass is 33. 7g/100ml (fresh weight) at 04 hours in the fermenter. The spawn running time reduces one-third and primordiun formation is earlier than that of the normal cultivation when mash is used as liquid spawn. Concentrated nutrient liquid and coarse polysaccharide meal can be extracted from the mash. And the content of amino acid, polysaccharide and soluble solid is 555.38mg/100ml, 6.0mg/ml and >13% re?p. in the concentrated liquid. The concentrated liquid is proved safe by the acute toxic test and the content of heavy metal is in accord with the national standard.
