| Abstract: | The effect of different temperature and concentration of NaOH on the extraction of total saccharide from Grifola frondosus was compared and the composition of total saccharide was analysed in this paper. This experiment provided a basis for further study of Grifola frondosus total saccharide extraction technique and its anticancer activity. |
