摘    要:以醋槽、麦秸、高梁秸和玉米秸为主料,搭配少量棉籽壳,采用袋栽法试栽金针菇。试验设5个配方,其中配方5为对照。结果表明,配方1、2、3、4菌丝生长速度、鲜菇产量及质量均高于对照,生物学效率分别比对照高43.4%、73.6%、52.8%和113.2%。

Abstract:Flammulina velutipes was cultivated in plastic bags with vinegar byproduct, wheat straw, sorghum and corn stovers used as its main nourishing material plus a small amount of cotton seed hulls in this study. The experiment was alloted to 5 groups, each of them was provided with a different formula of material. Group 5 (formula 5) was used as CK.. The results showed that the hypha growth rate, fresh mushroom quality and yield of group 1, 2, 3 and 4 were higher than that of the CK. and that the biological efficiency was increased by 43.4%, 73.6%, 52.8% and 113.2% resp. as compared with the CK..
