| 摘 要： | 运用综合评判法中的多因子模糊评判法 ,以乡 (镇 )为单位 ,选取了四个反映农业自然资源质量的评价因子 ,对和林格尔县的农业自然资源进行了综合评价 ,并划出了资源条件较好的 6个乡镇和资源条件较差的 1 1个乡镇。基于上述农业自然资源综合评价 ,本文认为农业自然条件较好的地区应加强土地利用的技术含量 ,走集约化土地利用和管理的道路 ;农业自然条件较差的地区应因地制宜地退耕还林还草 ,加大种草种树的力度 ,逐步恢复生态

| Abstract: | In this paper multifactor fuzzy judgment of comprehensive judgment was applied, four evaluation factors that reflect quality of natural agriculture resources were selected to evaluate Helingeer County' natural agriculture resources and classified 6 counties their resources conditions were better and 11 counties their resources conditions were worse. Based on the evaluation, it was indicated that some counties with better conditions should increase technology content of land-use, enhance the unification of land mangement and that some counties with worse conditions should forbid cultivation and enforce forest and grass, recover eco-environment step by step. |
