摘    要:试验旨在研究饲料中不同蛋黄粉水平对孔雀鱼繁殖周期和产仔量的影响。选择生长状况良好且相近的成年孔雀鱼20对,随机分为四组,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组分别饲喂蛋黄粉含量为2%、4%、8%的混合饲料。结果显示,在试验蛋黄粉水平范围内,饲料中蛋黄粉水平越高,繁殖周期越短,对照组与试验组差异显著(P<0.05),但各试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。对产仔量的统计结果显示,随着饲养时间的延长和饲料中蛋黄粉水平升高,孔雀鱼产仔量增多,第三次产仔量各试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但各试验组间差异不显著;总产仔量8%蛋黄粉水平最高,但与4%蛋黄粉水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示饲料中添加蛋黄粉可缩短孔雀鱼的繁殖周期,提高孔雀鱼产仔量,4%蛋黄粉水平为本试验中饲料最适蛋黄粉含量。

Effects of different levels of egg yolk powder in feed on the fecundity of guppies
Abstract:s:The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of egg yolk powder in feed on the reproductive cycle and litter size of guppies. Twenty pairs of adult guppies with good growth and similar growth were randomly divided into four groups, the control group was fed basal feed, and the experimental group was fed mixed feed with egg yolk powder content of 2%, 4% and 8%. The results showed that the higher the level of egg yolk powder in the feed, the shorter the reproductive cycle, and the difference between the control group and the experimental group was significant (P<0.05), but the difference between the experimental groups was not significant (P>0.05).The statistics of litter production showed that with the extension of feeding time and the increase of egg yolk powder level in feed, guppy litter production increased, and the third litter production was significantly higher in each experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05), but the difference between the experimental groups was not significant; the total litter production was the highest level of 8% egg yolk powder, but the difference with 4% egg yolk powder level was not significant (P>0.05). The addition of egg yolk powder to the feed shortened the reproductive cycle of guppies and increased the litter size of guppies.The 4% yolk powder level is the optimal egg yolk powder content.
