摘    要:实验选择4株无花果活性内生细菌(Bacillus subtilis strain 3251、Bacillus velezensis strain 3252、Bacillus WHG5181、Bacillus WHG5182)为研究对象,以济麦22号为试验材料,采用水培方法模拟干旱胁迫(20% PEG6000)小麦,胁迫培养过程中分别接入4株无花果活性内生细菌,通过测定小麦株高、根系活力和脯氨酸含量,分析4株活性内生细菌对干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗生理特征的影响。结果表明:4株无花果活性内生细菌对缓解小麦幼苗干旱胁迫有一定作用,加入活性内生细菌培养后小麦株高均高于对照组和干旱胁迫(20% PEG6000)实验组;在胁迫培养至14d时,加入活性内生细菌培养后小麦根系活力均高于干旱胁迫(20% PEG6000)实验组;其中,活性内生菌(Bacillus WHG5182)对小麦生长缓解作用达到91.96%,Bacillus WHG5182可以有效的缓解干旱胁迫(20% PEG6000)对小麦影响。

Abstract:Four strains of Fig active endophytic bacteria (Bacillus subtilis strain 3251, Bacillus velezensis strain 3252, Bacillus WHG5181, Bacillus WHG5182) were selected as the research objects in the experiment, and Jimai 22 was used as the test material to simulate drought stress (20% PEG6000) wheat. Four strains of Fig active endophytic bacteria were introduced into the stress culture process, and the plant height, root activity and proline content of wheat were measured, Analyze the effects of four active endophytic bacteria on the physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings under drought stress. The results showed that four strains of Fig active endophytic bacteria had a certain effect on alleviating drought stress of wheat seedlings. The plant height of wheat cultured with active endophytic bacteria was higher than that of the control group and the experimental group (20% PEG6000) under drought stress; After 14 days of stress cultivation, the root activity of wheat after adding active endophytic bacteria was higher than that of the drought stress (20% PEG6000) experimental group; Among them, the active endophytic bacteria (Bacillus WHG5182) have a relieving effect on wheat growth of 91.96%, and Bacillus WHG5182 can effectively alleviate the impact of drought stress (20% PEG6000) on wheat.
