文冠果扦插及嫁接繁育技术研究

摘    要:以文冠果当年生枝条为材料,对不同母株树龄、生根剂处理浓度、处理时间以及电热丝加热处理等对文冠果硬枝扦插生根率的影响进行了调查研究;并对不同嫁接方法和时间对文冠果嫁接成活率的影响进行了研究。结果表明9年生及以下的植株树龄对扦插生根率等没有显著差异;IBA和NAA配合使用能显著提高生根率,最佳处理为IBA 250+NAA 100 mg/L 的生根剂处理10~15min,能够有效将文冠果硬枝扦插愈伤组织形成率提高至92.82%,生根率为78.86%;电热丝加热对愈伤组织形成率和生根率没有显著提高,但愈伤组织形成速度明显加快。文冠果春季嫁接三种方法成活率都大于90%;夏季芽接成活率为65.61%,可作为文冠果的辅助嫁接方法。

Study on the cutting and grafting propagation technology of Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge

Abstract:The effects of different aged trees, treatment concentration and time of IBA and NAA, electric heating wires on the rooting rate of cutting by hard branch cuttings of Xanthoceras sorbifolium were investigated; and the effects of different grafting methods and grafting time on the grafting survival rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolium were investigated. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the rooting rate of the trees younger than 9-year-old.The combination of IBA and NAA can significantly improve the rooting rate. The best treatment is IBA 250+NAA 100 mg/L for 10-15min, which can effectively increase the callus formation rate of cuttings to about 92.82% and rooting rate to about 78.86%. And no significant difference was found on the rate of callus and rooting between the electric heating wires treatment and normal treatment, but the rate of callus and rooting formation were accelerated. The grafting survival rate were all high than 90% by three grafting methods in spring, which were all suitable for Xanthoceras sorbifolium ; The survival rate of bud grafting in summer was 65.61%, which could be used as an auxiliary grafting method for Xanthoceras sorbifolium.
