摘    要:本研究以三个菜用型甘薯新品系C5、C7、C9为研究对象,在湖南地区进行品种比较试验,对三个新品系主要基本性状、鲜薯产量及营养成分进行测定,并对相关农艺性状及鲜薯产量进行相关性分析。结果表明,自选的3个菜用甘薯新品系茎尖全绿无毛,腋芽多,萌发快,均符合菜用甘薯的外观标准;C5、C7、C9的鲜薯产量分别为5436.15kg/hm2、21781.8kg/hm2、20792.25kg/hm2;相关性分析发现,茎节间长度与嫩茎粗度、叶片长都呈极显著正相关,与叶片宽呈显著正相关;鲜薯产量与叶片宽呈显著正相关,与叶柄长度呈极显著负相关;品质分析发现C7和C9类胡萝卜素含量分别为0.26mg/g和0.21mg/g,可溶性糖含量分别为0.98%和1.17%,结果表明,C7、C9综合性状优良,可扩大种植,可用于后续新品种登记及推广。

Abstract:In this study, three new vegetable-type sweetpotato lines, C5, C7 and C9, were used as research objects to carry out a comparative varietal trial in Hunan, to determine the main basic traits, fresh potato yield and nutrient composition of the three new lines, and to analyse the correlation between the related agronomic traits and fresh potato yield. The results showed that the three self-selected new vegetable sweetpotato lines had green and glabrous stem tips, many axillary buds and fast sprouting, which were all in line with the appearance standard of vegetable sweetpotato; the fresh potato yields of C5, C7 and C9 were 5436.15kg/hm2, 21781.8kg/hm2 and 20792.25kg/hm2, respectively; the correlation analysis found that the length of the stem internode was highly significantly positively correlated to the thickness of the young stems and the length of leaves, and significantly positively correlated to the width of the leaves. The correlation analysis found that the length of stem internode was significantly positively correlated with the thickness of young stem and the length of leaf blade, and significantly positively correlated with the width of leaf blade; the yield of fresh potato was significantly positively correlated with the width of leaf blade, and significantly negatively correlated with the length of petiole; the quality analysis found that the content of carotenoids in C7 and C9 were 0.26mg/g and 0.21mg/g, and the content of soluble sugar was 0.98% and 1.17%, respectively. The results showed that C7 and C9 had excellent comprehensive traits and could be expanded and used for subsequent registration and promotion of new varieties.
