不同丝黑穗病抗性玉米自交系ISSR多态性分析

摘    要:采用ISSR标记技术,从82条ISSR引物中筛选出19条,分别对10个不同丝黑穗病抗性玉米自交系的多态性进行比较分析,同时根据多态性结果对供试材料进行抗性聚类分析。研究表明,ISSR标记在不同丝黑穗病抗性背景自交系中具有较高的多态性;根据多态性聚类结果,供试材料分为3类,5个抗病或中抗丝黑穗病的玉米自交系分布在聚类图中Ⅰ,Ⅱ组中。研究分析在不同感病背景下的多态性差异,以深入认识玉米抗丝黑穗病的遗传机制,为抗病资源的合理运用、抗病自交系和杂交种的选育提供一定理论依据。

Abstract:In this study,19 ISSR primers were selected from 82 ISSR primers and the polymorphism of 10 inbred lines were tested.We constructed and analyzed the phylogenetic trees according the polymorphism results.The results indicated that ISSR marker have highly polymorphism in maize inbred lines with different head smut resistance background.All the experimental material were divided into three categories and 5 inbred line with resistance were included in groupⅠand Ⅱ.This paper made a try to analyse the polymorphism difference of inbred lines with different head smut resistance background to provide insight into geneticmechanism of maize head smut.We hope this study can provide theory basis for fair uses of resistant germplasm resources and selection of maize resistant inbred lines and hybrid.
