鱼腥草挥发油化学成分的全二维气相色谱分析

摘    要:为进一步弄清鱼腥草挥发油的化学成分,采用全二维气相色谱(GC×GC)方法,对其挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:共计鉴定出鱼腥草挥发油371种组分,匹配度大于800的组分有274种,占总峰面积的90.22%,其中,醇类52个,烯类31个,酚类6个,烃类2个,酮类29个,醛类20个,醚类4个,酸类27个,酯类32个,其他类有71个。

Abstract:The chemical components in essential oil of H.cordata were analyzed by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography to figure out it in further.The results showed that there were 371 compounds which were detected,and 274 compounds with matching degree more than 800 were identified(90.22%),including 52 alcohols,31 alkenes,6 phenols,2 hydrocarbons,29 ketones,20 aldehydes,4 ethers,27 acids,32 esters and 71 others.
