不同贮藏时间披碱草种子劣变及活力测定

采用室内常规发芽法和电导法,对室温开放贮藏9个不同年份披碱草Elymus dahuricus种子的萌发特性和活力变化进行测试,以检验其种子的劣变进程及种用价值.结果表明:随贮藏时间延长,披碱草种子生活力、发芽势、发芽率、活力指数和种苗干质量呈"抛物线"形状变化,其生活力、发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、种苗干质量、电导率与贮藏时间呈显著相关.贮藏1年种子存在休眠;贮藏2～3年种用价值最佳;贮藏4年保持较高的活力,适当可作播种用;贮藏6年活力骤然下降,不宜作为播种用;贮藏14年的丧失活力.

Measurement of seed deterioration and vigor of Elymus dahuricus with different storage time

The Germination characteristics and vigor variation of Elymus dahuricus seeds with 9 different storage periods were determined to test their degradation process and seed value.The results showed that with the prolonging of storage,seed viability,germination potential,germination percentage,vigor index and sprout dry weight took "parabola" form.The correlation between these items and storage time were significant.Seeds stored for 1 year were possible for dormancy.Seed stored for 2 and 3 years had the highest value;After 4 years of storage,the seed still kept relatively high vigor and can be used for seeding;Seeds with 6 years of storage had very low vigor and can not used for seeding;seeds with 14 years storage lost their vigor.
