喷雾机械的喷雾均匀性试验研究

摘    要:文章通过试验研究,分析了喷头的喷雾均匀性及其影响因素。借助由哈尔滨博纳科技有限公司开发研制的喷雾性能综合试验台,通过试验平台测试了变量喷雾喷头的喷雾均匀性;研究和测试影响变量喷雾喷头喷雾分布均匀性的主要因素和变化规律;对影响系统喷雾分布均匀性的几个主要因素通过正交试验进行了相应水平的试验测试,进行了标准偏差的分析和比较;最终产生了影响喷头喷雾均匀性各主要因素不同水平的最优组合。

Abstract:The paper,which based on experimental research and analysis,takes the research of the working accuracy and the influencing factors of variable rate sprayer.By dint of the spray performance comprehensive test-bed developed by Harbin Bona technology Co.Ltd,variable spray nozzle’s spray uniformity is tested;the main factors and change regularity that affect variable spray nozzle’s spray distribution uniformity are researched and tested;through orthogonal test,correspondent level experimental test as well as standard deviation analysis and comparison about several main factors that affect systematic spray distribution uniformity are carried out;the optimal combinations of different levels,which based on main factors that affect nozzle spray’s uniformity,are generated.
