通信监理服务蓝图的建立和应用

目前大部分人普遍认为通信监理就是监督管理,实际上通信监理是一种对建设单位的服务,通信监理服务是一项复杂的服务过程。如何用客观的模型描述这种服务过程,如何修正和改进这种服务过程,是本文解决的主要问题。通过研究服务质量差距模型明确通信监理服务的关键点,在提高通信监理服务的基础上建立通信监理服务蓝图,对提供通信监理服务的质量具有重要的作用。文章主要研究了服务质量差距模型,提出了作为监理的服务蓝图和有形展示,并依据服务蓝图建立监理的组织机构。

Blueprint for the establishment and application of Supervision services

At present,most people generally believe that supervision is the supervision and management of communication,in fact,supervision is a communications unit of construction services,communication services,supervision services is a complex process.The model describes how to use this service objective process,how to fix and improve the service process,the main problem is to solve this.Gap model of service quality through clear communication of key services,supervision,supervision of services in improving the communication based on a blueprint for communication services supervision,supervision of the quality of services provided by communications has an important role.This paper studies the service quality gap model,presented as a blueprint for supervision of services and physical display,and a blueprint for the establishment of supervision based service organization.
