基于游客需求的浣花溪公园智慧化建设

在我国大力推进智慧城市、智慧旅游建设的背景下,国内对于智慧公园的研究已初步展开。目前的智慧公园建设是将大数据、物联网、云计算等技术应用到公园的建设、管理、运营中以提升公园的服务水平。本文在研究智慧公园时先通过问卷调查得出游客所需要的智慧化服务,再根据游客的需求结合实际情况将各项智慧化服务构想整合为一个智慧公园系统。智慧公园系统包括智慧化基础设施、智慧化服务、智慧化管理3部分,将在交通、游玩、休息、锻炼等方面为游人提供人性化、智慧化的服务。

Intelligent Construction of Huanhuaxi Park Based on The Demands of Tourists

Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of smart city and smart tourism in our country,the domestic research on smart parks has been initially launched.At present,the big data,Internet of things and cloud computing technologies were applied for the construction,management and operation of the smart park to improve the service level of the park.In the study of wisdom park,this paper first obtained the wisdom service required by tourists through questionnaire survey,and then integrated the various wisdom service concepts into a wisdom park system according to the needs of tourists and the actual situation.The intelligent park system included three parts:intelligent infrastructure,intelligent services and intelligent management.It will provide humanized and intelligent services for tourists in transportation,play,rest and exercises.
