摘    要:目的]确定一种快速、准确、高效的抗稻瘟病抗生素筛选方法。方法]采用平板拮抗法、离体叶段法、试管育苗法和盆栽法4种筛选方法,对205株放线菌次级代谢产物抗稻瘟病菌活性进行筛选并比较四者的相关性。结果]利用平板拮抗法筛选出32株放线菌发酵粗提物具有较好的抑菌效果,抑菌圈直径在2 cm以上;利用离体叶段法、试管育苗法和盆栽法分别筛选出262、2、24株放线菌粗提物,抗病指数均在0.9以上。试管育苗法、离体叶段法与盆栽法的相关性都极显著。结论]先用试管育苗法进行初筛,再用盆栽法进行复筛,是抗稻瘟病抗生素较为合理的筛选方案。

Comparison of 4 Screening Methods of Antibiotics Resistance to Rice Blast
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to determine a fast,accurate and high effective method for screening antibiotic resistance to Rice blast.Method]The activity of secondary metabolites of 205 actinomycete strains to Rice blast were screened by 4 screening methods of plate antagonistic method,leave fragment method in vitro,test tube seedling method and pot method,and the correlation among the 4 methods were compared.Result] The ferment extract of 32 actinomycete strains screened by plate antagonistic method had better inhibitory effect and the diameter of the inhibition zone was above 2 cm.The extract of 26,22 and 24 actinomycete strains were screened by the leave fragment method in vitro,test tube seedling method and the pot method,resp.and their disease resistance index were all above 0.9.The test tube seedling method and the leave fragment method in vitro all had very significant correlation with the pot method.Conclusion] Primary screening with the test tube seedling method and then secondary screening with the pot method was a more rational screening project for antibiotic resistance to Rice blast.
