油菜孤雌生殖发生的时间效应

以甘蓝型胜利油菜为母本，分不同时间在同株上做自交、异交、胜利油菜×蚕豆、去雄套袋不授粉及自由传粉５种试验处理。自交、异交和自由传粉果实结籽粒较多；授予蚕豆花粉的果实结籽粒则极少，果实较小，不同时间的授粉结果差异较大。表明孤雌生殖和合子的发育有着不同的时间效应。

Effect of the Trealments at Different Times on Rapeseed Parthenogenesis

5 treatments (Self-pollination,Cross pollination, rapeseed (Shengli Youcai)×broad bean,emasculation、cover and without pollination ,free pollination) were made on the same rapeseed (B.napus) plant at different times to study its parthenogenesis. The results were as follows: numbers of pod in self pollinatiom、cross pollination and free pollination treatments were large and numbers of pod and seed in rapeseed×broad bean treatment small. The difference among different pollination time treatment was significant. It showed that parthenogenesis and zygote development had different time effect.
