鹿茸研究进展

摘    要:对近年来鹿茸化学成分、药理试验的研究报道进行归纳,成分分析表明:鹿茸中含有18种以上的氨基酸、20多种微量元素,其中人体必需氨基酸8种、必需微量元素11种。还含有磷脂类(卵磷脂、脑磷脂、神经磷脂、糖脂)、核酸类(核糖核酸、脱氧核糖核酸)、激素类(雌二醇-17β)等有机化合物。

Abstract:In recent years,the research reports on chemical component of pilose antler,pharmacological text,component analysis showed there were more than 18 amino acids and more 20 trace elements,including 8 essential amino acids and 11 essential trace elements in pilose antler.In addition,pilose antler includes phospholipids(Leci-thin,Brain phospholipids,Nerve phospholipids,Glycolipid),nucleic acids(RNA,DNA) and hormone(Etradiol-17β) and so on organic compounds.Lots of research data provided evidences for grade estimation and processing evaluation standards of pilose antler.
