浙江省保障粮食安全的实践与思考

阐述了新中国建立以来浙江省粮食由净调出到净调入的演变过程,总结了保障粮食安全所采取的措施,提出了加大对粮食产业的政策支持、推进优质稻米产加销一体化经营、加强粮食质量安全管控、构建粮食现代物流体系等高水平保障浙江粮食安全的对策建议。

Practice and Consideration of Food Security in Zhejiang Province

This paper expounded the evolution process from grain transfer out to grain transfer in of Zhejiang Province since the founding of new China,summarized the measures to ensure food security,and provided suggestions for high-level guarantee of food security such as increasing policy support,promoting the integrated operation of high-quality rice production,processing and marketing,strengthening the management and control of food quality security,and building a modern food logistics system.
