蜚蠊卵荚内寄生啮小蜂的繁殖实验

摘    要:作者用啮小蜂对烟色大蠊,日本大蠊、美洲大蠊和德国小蠊4种蜚蠊卵荚进行接蜂试验。结果表明:除德国小蠊卵荚外,其它8种卵荚接蜂成功,寄生率分别为45.08%、53.06%和64.04%,羽化率分别为11.69%、28.57%和47.19%,在卵荚内平均发育期分别为64.63、66.79和48.38天。美洲大蠊卵荚寄生率高,羽化出雌蜂数较多,发育历期短,容易采集。因此,作者认为实验窒繁殖寄生啮小蜂应首选美洲大蠊。

Abstract:Results of laboratory studies showed that three cockroach species, Periplaneta fuliginosa, F. japonica and P. americana could be used as hosts for mass propagation of Tetrastichus hagenovii, but not with Blatella germanica. The parasitization by and egergence rates of the parasitoid were 45.08% and 11.69% in P. fuliginosa; 53.66% and 28.57% in P. japonica; and 64.04% and 47.19% in P'. americana, respectively. The average developmental period of the parasitoid in the egg-cases of the three host species was 64V63, 66.79 and 48.38 days, respectively. These suggested that the American cockroach be a better host for the laboratory mass propagation of T. hagenovii.
