| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法对中国大陆31个省市的1082名职业体育工作者的法律素质进行了调查与分析,在调研分析的基础上,本研究还针对性的提出了增进法律知识、培养法律意识、加强法律行为等对策。

| Abstract: | A literature study,questionnaire survey,1082 sports professionals in the legal quality of the 31 provinces and cities in mainland China conducted a survey and analysis,research analysis on the basis of this study is also the targeted enhance the legal knowledge,training and legal awareness,and strengthen the legal acts and other countermeasures. |
