激光辐照对水稻主要性状的遗传效应

摘    要:水稻经过He-Ne激光辐照处理后对其L1代的幼苗生长有促进作用。辐照时间延长,效果愈明显,对L2代植株的生育期、株高、穗部结构、粒重等性状均可诱发明显的变异。经过对L3和L4代的观察证明:激光诱发的性状变异是可以遗传的,并且表现分离世代少,稳定快等特点,激光诱发的水稻突变体可以在育种中利用,较长时间的He-Ne激光辐照是一种有效的诱变手段。

Abstract:Mutant characters of rice, such as growth duration, plant height, seed weight etc., were induced by radiating germinating seeds with laser He-Ne. The induced characters were proved to be inheritable. Studies of chlorisis mutant showed that laser radiation may also induce plasmon mutation. So, laser can be used as a feasible source for inducing mutation in rice breeding.
