| 摘 要： | 田间试验结果表明 :每年土壤兑水浇施澳州 SC2 7菌剂 4 0和 80 m L·株 -1可提高龙眼产量 1.1- 1.6t·hm-2 ,这与 SC2 7促进土壤养分有效化 ,提高植株叶片中 N、蛋白质、糖和淀粉含量以及提高龙眼座果数和果实膨大系数有关 ;SC2 7可以增加龙眼中 17种氨基酸 (尤其是人体必需氨基酸 )含量 ,以及果实中蛋白质、糖、可溶性固形物、VC、P、Ca、Fe、Zn等含量 ,改善果品品质

| Abstract: | Field experiment results indicated that application of Australia microbiological fertilizer SC27 with doses of 40 and 80 mL per plant in soil could increase yields with a range of 1.1-1.6 t·hm -2 . SC27 could improve soil available nutrient contents and increase the contents of nitrogen, protein, sugar and starch in leaves of longan plants. It could also increase fruit setting and fruit expansion coefficient. Meanwhile, SC27 could increase the contents of 17 kinds of amino acids, especially the contents of essential amino acids for human body, and also raised the contents of protein, sugar, total soluble solids, V C, P, Ca, Fe, Zn in fruit, so the fruit quality was improved. |
