| 摘 要： | 为了调查耶尔森菌在实验猕猴中的感染携带状况,用冷增菌的方法进行分离培养,选择ID32E肠杆菌鉴定测试条及ATB G5药敏测试条,采用ATB细菌及药敏分析仪进行鉴定及药敏试验。调查2 525 只实验猕猴,其中15 只检出耶尔森菌阳性,感染率为0.59%。耶尔森菌在实验猕猴中带菌率不高,且带菌猴均未表现出临床症状。

| Abstract: | To investigate the infection of Yersinia in experimental macaque.Method The isolation method adopted a combination of NYE agar and cold enrichment.The strains from macaque were identified by the Biomeriux methods of ID 32E, and were made susceptibility test by the ATB G-5, reading the results by ATB automatic analyzer and reporting by the computer.The positive rate of Yersinia is 0.59% in 2 525 health experimental macaques.The infection rate of Yersinia is not high in experimental macaque, and no clinical symptoms have been found in the infected macaques. |
