长根金钱菌的分离与鉴定

在３种斜面培养基上组织分离长根金钱菌子实体的不同部位，结果表明：菌丝在ＰＤＡ培养基上的生长速度比在牛粪玉米粉培养基和马铃薯综合培养基上快（平均６．９０７ｍｍ／ｄ）。分离子实体的菌肉、菌柄内部组织块均能较好地获得纯菌丝，且以分离菌肉部位最佳，其菌丝浓白、长势旺盛。孢子、菌丝经湿微镜镜检和子实体形态观测，证明分离获得的菌株为长根金钱菌（Ｏｕｄｅｍａｎｓｉｅｌｌａ ｒａｄｉｃａｔａ）。

Isolation and Identification of Oudemansiella radicata

It was proved that the mycelia of Oudemansiella radicata grown on PDA medium grew faster than that grown on cow faeces medium and potato integration medium with the tissues isolated from different parts of O.radicata fruitbody. The pure hyphae could be got not only from the context but also from the stipe. And the hyphae of the tissue pieces isolated from the context grew better and vigorously, it was dense and white. According to the observation results of spores, hyphae and fruitbodies, it was identified that the culture we got was O.radicata.
