| 摘 要： | 跨世纪住宅小区规划的构筑需要作好小区规划形态的确立、动静交通的组织、环境质量的保障、小区风格的塑造等项工作。本文就其规划形态这一环节进行较为深刻的剖析,从而确立住宅小区规划建设不仅仅是孕育出一个理想的实体空间环境,还必须考虑空间环境的生长过程—软件建设和硬件建设两个方面的概念。
