人工栽培糯米条的生理生态习性及其在园林中的应用

摘    要:糯米条具有较强的观赏性,并逐渐应用于园林绿化中。本文主要对糯米条形态特征进行概述,同时对其生理生态指标进行了测定和总结。研究结果表明,糯米条叶片从枝先端开始的第5片就已完全成熟,其叶绿素含量稳定;利用Licor6400便携式光合仪测定糯米条的光补偿点为12μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为356μmol·m-·2s-1,最大的光合速率为4.856μmol·m-·2s-1,呼吸速率为0.401μmol·m-2·s-1,这些数据表明糯米条为阳性植物;测定糯米条的CO2补偿点为92.8μmol/mol,CO2饱和点为822.4μmol/mol。叶绿素荧光参数变化数据表明,糯米条能适应37℃的强光、高温环境。根据实验结果,我们建议糯米条在园林中的主要应用形式为地被、绿篱、攀扎整形和球形观赏。

Abstract:A belia chinensis, one kind of common ornamental plant, applies in landscape and architecture gradually with its strong value of view. In this research, we mainly overview the morphological character ofA belia chinensis, then we measured and summrized its physio-ecological traits. The results showed that the 5th leafofA belia chinensis which start from branch tip was full maturity with stable content of chlorophyll. With the portable photosynthesis system Licor6400, we detected the light compensation point and light saturation point of A belia chinensis was 12 μmol· m^-2· s^- 1 and 356 μmol· m^-2· s^- 1 its maximal photosynthetic rate and respiration rate was 4.856 μmol· m^-2· s^- 1 and 0.401 μmol· m^-2· s^- 1, respectively. Those detected datas indicated that A belia chinensis was a kind of light-demanding plant. Then we aquired the CO2 compensation point and CO2 saturation point of which in A belia chinensis was 92.8 μmol/mol and 822.4 μmol/mol, respectively. The changed datas of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that A belia chinemis was able to adapt highlight and high temperature environment in 37℃. On the basis of these results, we suggested that the application mode ofA belia chinensis in the landscape and architecture should be as plant-cover, fense, sphericity and plastic reshaping.
