袋口高度、光照、CO2等因子对杏鲍菇工厂化栽培的影响

摘    要:本研究通过研究开袋袋口高度、光照、CO2浓度等因子对杏鲍菇工厂化栽培的影响,明确杏鲍菇工厂化栽培所需的必要条件,为国内模式工厂化栽培杏鲍菇提供现实和理论依据,结果表明:开袋采用长袋颈产量比短袋颈高,子实体菌柄比短袋颈更长、更细,菌盖直径比短袋颈大。子实体形态发育,光照强度以200Lx为宜。用红袋、黑袋同时滤光比单独用红袋或黑袋滤光效果好,可抑制袋壁和袋底原基形成,减少营养消耗,比对照增产34%。栽培房CO2浓度随层架升高而递减,开袋前CO2浓度高达2.5%,平均值为2.01%,开袋后袋内CO2浓度保持在0.8%-0.97%,该浓度下杏鲍菇子实体发育正常。

Effect of Bag Length,Light and CO2 on Pleurotus eryngii Factorized-Culture

Abstract:In order to identify necessary conditions for Pleurotus eryngii factorized-culture effect of bag length, light and CO2 concentrationon Pleurotus eryngii factorized-culture was studied. The results showed that bag-opened mode, long-neck had higher yield, longer and thinner stipe and bigger cap than short-neck during Pleurotus eryngii factorized-culture, illumination over 200 Lx was fitted for fruit-body growth. Light lifted with red and black bag was more effective than only red bag or only black bag, that could restrain primordium formation near the bag and in the bottom of the bag, and that had higher yield than the control by 34%. CO2 concentration increased with the height of shelves decreased. CO2 concentration before bag-opened was 2.5%, averaged 2.01%, which was maintained betwween 0.8% and 0.97% after bag-opened fruit-body could grow normally.
