玉米自交系吉D284和吉D2417的创制与应用

摘    要:玉米Reid群自交系PH6WC具有配合力高、自身产量高、商品品质优、种子早发性好、适宜精量播种的优点,不抗玉米大斑病。选用同为Reid群种质且高抗玉米大斑病的自交系33D22与其杂交作为选系基础材料,通过大群体、高密度、人工接种的方法育成抗大斑病、高产、优质、高配合力的自交系吉D284、吉D2417,以其作为亲本分别育成玉米新品种吉单616和吉单626,2021年通过吉林省审定。

Abstract:Reid inbred lines of maize have the advantages of high combining ability, high yield of self, good commodity quality, good seed early-onset and suitable for precise sowing, but the disadvantage is that they are not resistant to northern leaf blight of maize. Hybridization with the inbred line 33D22 which have Reid germplasm and high resistance to northern leaf blight of maize was selected as the basic material of selection. Inbred lines JiD284 and JiD2417 with resistance to northern leaf blight of maize, high yield, high quality, and high combining ability were developed by large population, high density, and artificial inoculation. They were used as parents to develop new maize varieties Jidan616 and Jidan626, which were approved by Jilin province in 2021.
