Abstract:In order to elaborate the flow of fisheries knowledge among researchers in the Chinese Academy of Fisheries Sciences,explore the law of fishery patent knowledge innovation,and provide theoretical perspectives and data support for policy research,a social network analysis was used to analyze the patent situation of the Chinese Academy of Fisheries Sciences between 2008 and 2018.The results showed that the Chinese Academy of Fisheries Sciences applied for 5563 patents,and 85 patents were achieved transformation in total.The content of the patent applications is mainly in the area of aquaculture technology,aquaculture devices,nutrition and formula of feed.During these patent applications,the number of patent applications filed by patent inventors in collaboration with other researchers or researchers from other organizations is still very limited.The Chinese Academy of Fisheries Sciences cooperated closely with Ocean University of China,Shanghai Ocean University,Jimei University,and Tongwei Group.This study could provide a reference for fisheries patents and intellectual property management.
