摘    要:为明确甜椒穴盘苗发生老化的基质含水量,并通过苗期的形态指标的变化来识别老化苗。在日光温室内,以甜椒王作为供试作物,50孔穴盘为供试穴盘,试验设定5个不同水分处理,分别为50%(T1)、60%(T2)、70%(T3)、80%(T4)、90%(T5)。2叶1心开始处理,6叶1心测定植株的形态指标和生理指标。不同水分处理可以改变植株体内木质素的含量,T1、T2、T3、T5木质素较T4高,并且均达到差异显著性水平。MDA引起膜脂过氧化,造成甜椒穴盘苗老化。T4的MDA含量较T1、T2、T3、T5分别降低了50.59%,47.06%,14.26%,9.31%。而T4的净光合速率较T1、T2、T3、T5分别增高了58.85%,51.21%,41.84%,24.79%。T4的壮苗指标均高于其它处理。基质供水量为80%Q时,辣椒穴盘苗抗老化能力最强,幼苗生长旺盛。
