离子束诱变对M_4代小麦醇溶蛋白和氨基酸组分的影响

摘    要:对离子束诱变小麦M4代高蛋白稳定株系的醇溶蛋白和氨基酸组分进行了分析,结果表明:小麦高蛋白系和对照相比,在ω区醇溶蛋白谱带数目明显增多,而且从谱带上可以推测,M90株系间的遗传性、稳定性优于M91株系;高蛋白系氨基酸含量(以干重为基础)都有大幅的增长,尤其以谷氨酸和苯丙氨酸的增幅最大。

Abstract:The gliadin fingerprint and amino acids of wheat M4 high protein offsprings mutated by ion beam were analyzed.The results showed that the number of ω gliadin bands in M4 high protein offsprings increased obviously compared to CK,and the heredity and stability of M90 lines were better than M91 lines based on the electrophoretic result.The amino acid contents(based on dry weight) increased obviously in the M4 high protein offspring,of which Glu and Phe increased most.
