萝卜胞质青花菜雄性不育系的选育及其利用

摘    要:1992至1999年期间,以萝卜细胞质甘蓝雄性不育系92-08为不育源,对不同类型的青花菜材料进行转育,育成了萝卜胞质青花菜雄性不育系BC7-19。该不育系不育性稳定,不育株率及不育度均达100%;基本克服了苗期低温黄化现象,花器结构正常,结实能力强。利用不育系BC7-19培育出了青花菜一代杂种沪青1号,具有生长势强、早熟、抗黑腐病、综合园艺性状优良等特点,增产效益显著。

Abstract:A new cytoplasmic male sterile line,BC7?19,in broccoli has been obtained by hybridizing and backcrossing from a male sterile line of cabbage,92?08,with radish cytoplasm.The male sterile line,which is identical to its maintainer in horticultural characters,characterized by 100% rate of stable sterility,nice nectaries quite attractive to the insect visitors such as bees and other insects,and normal pistil with good seeding capacity.And a hybrid,Huqing No.1 showing good growth vigour,early maturity,disease resistance and high yield is bred using the male sterile line,BC7 19.
