患上皮瘤病异育银鲫几种免疫相关酶活性的变化

摘    要:通过对健康对照组、患上皮瘤病较轻组和严重组异育银鲫Allogynogenetic crucian carp的上皮(瘤)组织、血浆、肝脏、肾脏和脾脏中的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和溶菌酶(LSZ)活性进行测定和比较,研究了异育银鲫患上皮瘤病后免疫相关酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:AKP活性在上皮(瘤)组织、血浆和脾脏中除较轻组在血浆中与对照组无显著差异外,其余均显著高于对照组,严重组显著高于较轻组,而在肝脏和肾脏中较轻组和严重组均显著低于对照组,严重组显著低于较轻组;ACP活性在上皮(瘤)组织、血浆、肾脏和脾脏中除严重组在上皮(瘤)组织中与对照组无显著差异外,无论较轻组还是严重组患病鱼均显著高于对照组,而在肝脏中却显著低于对照组,在肾脏和脾脏中严重组显著高于较轻组;SOD活性在上皮(瘤)组织和血浆中只有严重组显著低于对照组,在肝脏、肾脏和脾脏中除严重组在肾脏中与对照组无显著差异外,无论较轻组还是严重组均显著高于对照组;LSZ活性在测定的5种组织中除较轻组在肝脏中与对照组无显著差异外,较轻组和严重组均显著低于对照组。研究表明,异育银鲫患上皮瘤病后,测定的4种免疫相关酶活性在不同组织中发生了上升或下降的变化,变化幅度与患病程度呈正相关关系。

Abstract:The activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase(ACP),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lysozyme(LSZ) were compared in five tissues between healthy and diseased Allogynogenetic crucian carp(Carassius auratus gibelio ♀ ×Cyprinus carpio var.singuonensis♂)with epidermal papilloma.The results showed that the activities of AKP were significantly higher in epidermal papillomas,blood plasmas and spleens in slightly diseased group and in heavily diseased group than those in the control group,but without significant difference in blood plasmas between slightly diseased group and the control group.There were significantly lower enzymatic activities above in livers and kidneys in the diseased groups than those in the control group.The activities of ACP were found to be significantly higher in the epidermal papillomas,blood plasmas,kidneys and spleens in slightly diseased group and in heavily diseased group than those in the control group without significant difference in epidermal papilloma between heavily diseased group and the control group.The activity of ACP in the livers was significantly lower in the heavily diseased group than that in the control group.The activities of ACP in kidneys and spleens were significantly higher in heavily diseased group than those in the slightly diseased group.The activities of SOD in epidermal papillomas and blood plasmas were significantly lower only in the heavily diseased group than those in the control group.In the livers,kidneys and spleens,however,the activities of SOD were significantly higher in the slightly diseased group and heavily diseased group than those in the control group without significant difference in kidneys between the heavily diseased group and the control group.The activities of LSZ in five kinds of tissues were significantly lower in the slightly diseased group and in theavily diseased group than those in the control group except no significant difference in livers between the slightly diseased group and the control group,indicating that the activities of the enzymes related to immune increased or decreased in differenct tissues in the diseased fishes.There was a positive relationship between the levels of the enzyme activity change and the disease condition.
