外源激素处理供体奶牛活体采卵生产胚胎的研究

选择6头3～6岁健康荷斯坦、空怀母奶牛随机分为3组,每组2头,分别用外源激素孕马血清促性腺激素（PMSG）、促卵泡素（FSH）、空白对照处理供体奶牛,4 d后应用B型超声波导引采卵, 以研究外源激素对活体采卵效率和体外生产胚胎的影响.试验结果表明：FSH组每头次平均可采卵泡12.07个,获可用卵母细胞5.57枚,与PMSG组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）,与对照比较差异极显著（P＜0.01）;PMSG组每头次平均可采卵泡为6.63个,获可用卵母细胞数2.96枚,与对照组比较差异不显著（P＞0.05）;各组活体采集的卵母细胞体外受精分裂率、囊胚率也无显著差异.表明可用外源激素处理供体奶牛活体采卵生产胚胎,但以FSH处理效果较好.

Ovum pick-up and embryo production from donor cows treated with pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin or follicular stimulating hormone

The effect of donor cows treated with pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin(PMSG) or follicular stimulating hormone(FSH) on oocyte recovery by ovum pick-up(OPU) and in vitro embryo production was studied.Six Holstein cows were randomly divided into three treatments,each group had two cows.The results showed that total number of follicles at aspiration increased from 3.45 for control group to 12.07 for animals treated with FSH.More follicles were aspirated and the numbers of oocytes recovered per cow per week increased with FSH treatment(P<0.01),but the differences were not significant between PMSG treatment and control group(P>0.05).Cleavage rate and blastocysts rate of oocytes recovered also were no significant among groups,but oocytes recovery with FSH is more effective on in vitro embryo production than that of PMSG.
