| 摘 要： | 根据对郑州市120名农民工的问卷调查,分析了农民工留城意愿及其影响因素。结果表明,农民工留城意愿表现出显著的代际差异,第2代农民工强于第1代农民工;收入水平与农民工留城意愿呈现正向相关关系,财富积累水平成为农民工留城的重要影响因素;家乡自然经济状况与打工所在城市经济发展水平依然对农民工的留城形成＂推—拉＂作用。

| Abstract: | The migrant workers' will for staying in the city and its influencing factors were analyzed by a questionnaire survey based on 120 migrant workers in Zhengzhou City.The results showed that: migrant workers' will for staying in the city showed a significant generational differences,the second generation of migrant workers is stronger than the first generation of migrant workers;income and migrant workers will stay in the city showed a positive correlation,the level of wealth accumulation became the important... |
