摘    要:在营养液中加入适量的有机酸促进了烟草的生长发育。与对照相比,提高了干物质积累量、叶面积、根体积和根系活力,除柠檬酸外,有机酸处理降低了叶片硝酸还原酶的活性,提高了蔗糖转化酶活性,促进氮在烟株内的积累。

Abstract:Adding right amount of organic acids to the nutrient solution promoted the tobacco growth-development.It showed that the organic acid increased the accumulation of dry matter of the tobacco,leaf length and width,the root volume and root activity,compared with the control.Except for nitric acid,the organic acids treatments reduced the nitrate reductase activity,but increased saccharase activity of the leaf and promoted the accumulation of nitrogen in plant.
