水稻茎部内生细菌及根际细菌与水稻品种特性的相关性

摘    要:为探讨水稻茎部内生细菌和根际细菌群落结构组成及其与水稻品种特性的关系,2008年7月从5个品种水稻茎部和根际土分离内生细菌和根际土壤细菌,并进行脂肪酸鉴定。结果表明,内生细菌有13个种,隶属于9个属,根际细菌有13个种,隶属于10属,两群落的优势菌均为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。以品种为样本,以根际细菌、内生细菌和水稻生物学特征参数为变量,进行相关性分析得到,根际细菌和内生细菌与水稻穗粒数、千粒重、亩产存在正相关;与有效穗呈负相关。

Abstract:The present paper dealt with the relationship between the stem endophytic and rhizosphere bacteria and the variety characteristics of rice. The stem endophytic and rhizophere bacteria of 5 rice cultivars were isolated respectively, and identified by analyzing their fatty-acids. The results showed that the endophytic bacteria isolated from the rice stem could be classified into 13 species that belonged to 10 genera. On the other hands, the rhizosphere bacteria of the five rice varieties could be classified into 10 species that belonged to 8 genera. Bacillus cereus was the dominant species in both the endophytic and rhizophere microbial communities of rice. The correlation analysis was conducted by using the rice variety as samples, while the amounts of endophytic and rhizosphere bacteria and the biological characteristics of rice were used as variables. The results showed that the amount of endophytic and rhizophere bacteria correlated positively with the seed setting percentage, 1000-grain weight and yield of rice. Meanwhile, the relationship between the bacterial amount and the effective spikes of rice was negatively correlated.
