抑杀南方根结线虫的植物活性提取液的筛选

摘    要:研究了9种不同植物提取液对南方根结线虫二龄幼虫(J2)的杀虫活性及对虫卵孵化的抑制效果.结果表明:供试的9种植物提取液中,大豆荚壳提取液对南方根结线虫的抑杀活性最强,蓖麻叶次之。以浓度80μg/mg大豆荚壳提取液处理24 h、48 h,线虫的校正死亡率分别为87.7%、89.2%.用同样浓度提取液处理3、6、9 d,对虫卵孵化抑制率分别为42.2%、43.9%、48.5%.由此表明,说明大豆荚壳提取物对南方根结线虫J2有很强的毒杀效果,对该虫虫卵的孵化也有一定的抑制作用.

Abstract:Nine kinds of plant extracts were used for assay the virulence of against the second juvenile of Meloidogyne incognita(J2) and bating incubating.The results showed that the extract of soybean hull possessed the highest nematocidal activity,the followed one was the extract of castor leaf.The soybean hull extract at 80 μg/mg caused 87.7 % and 89.2 % of corrected mortalities after 24 h and 48 h of treatment.The extract also caused 42.2 %,43.9 % and 48.5 % of the bating incubating rate after 3 d,6d and 9d of treatment.It is suggested that the extract of soybean hull had a strong virulence against the second juvenile of Meloidogyne incognita and had a good inhibition of bating incubating.
