摘    要:通过测定洛阳三个产地唐松草的8个有效成分,可以为评价唐松草的药用价值提供理论依据。用超声提取法对登封卧龙谷、栾川养子沟和登封五花坪三个产地的唐松草有效成分进行提取,用HPLC法进行含量的测定与分析。结果表明:三个产地中金丝桃苷、山奈酚、木犀草素、异鼠李素、芦丁物质含量差别不大,并且普遍较低。二氢槲皮素含量卧龙谷(0.98 mg/g)>养子沟(0.17 mg/g)>五花坪(0.15mg/g);盐酸小檗碱含量五花坪(0.71 mg/g)>卧龙谷(0.04 mg/g)>养子沟(0.03 mg/g);药根碱含量养子沟(4.68 mg/g)>卧龙谷(0.06 mg/g)>五花坪(0.05 mg/g),三个产地唐松草成分含量虽各有优劣,但总体来说养子沟唐松草更胜一筹。该测定方法简单可靠,可用于唐松草的质量控制。

Quantitative Determination of Active Ingredients in Thalictrum Aquilegifolium by HPLC

Abstract:The aim of this study was to determine the active ingredients in Thalictrum aquilegifolium collected from three areas around Luoyang and provide a theoretical basis for evaluating its medicinal value.The effective components were extracted using ultrasonic extraction method and the contents were analyzed using HPLC. The results showed that the contents of hyperoside, kaempferol, luteolin, isorhamnetin, and rutin in the three habitats were generally low and had little difference. The content of dihydroquercetin was highest in Wolong Valley (0.98 mg/g), followed by Yangzigou (0.17 mg/g) and Wuhuaping (0.15 mg/g), while the content of berberine hydrochloride was highest in Wuhuaping (0.71 mg/g), followed by Wolong Valley (0.04 mg/g) and Yangzigou (0.03 mg/g). The content of jatrorrhizine was highest in Yangzigou (4.68 mg/g), followed by Wolong Valley (0.06 mg/g) and Wuhuaping (0.05 mg/g). Overall, Thalictrum aquilegifolium from Yangzigou was found to be better than those from the other two areas. This simple and reliable assay method can be used for the quality control of Thalictrum aquilegifolium.
