摘    要:用浓度为0、25、50、75、100、200 mg/L的镉离子溶液处理重齿毛当归种子,研究镉胁迫对重齿毛当归种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,镉离子浓度与发芽率、根长、耐性指数极显著负相关,与发芽势、苗高长显著负相关,发芽指数不相关;0~25 mg/L 镉离子溶液处理对重齿毛当归种子萌发有促进作用,镉离子浓度为50、75、100 mg/L时有抑制作用,镉离子浓度为200 mg/L时种子无法萌发;随着镉离子浓度升高,根长和苗高变短,100 mg/L时褐化死亡;镉离子对根长的抑制作用强于对苗高的抑制作用。

Effects of cadmium stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Angelica pubescens
Abstract:To study the effects of Cd stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Angelica pubescens, the seeds were treated with Cd ion solution of 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 and 200 mg/L. The results showed that Cd ion concentration was significantly negatively correlated with germination rate, root length and tolerance index, and negatively correlated with germination potential and seedling height, but not with germination index. 0-25 mg/L Cd ion solution promoted the seed germination of Angelica pubescens, inhibited the seed germination when the Cd ion concentration was 50, 75, 100 mg/L, and failed to germinate when the Cd ion concentration was 200 mg/L. With the increase of Cd ion concentration, the root length and seedling height became shorter, and they browned and died at 100 mg/L. The inhibitory effect of Cd on root length was stronger than that on seedling height.
