缓控释肥用量对不同品种决明幼苗叶绿素含量和生理特性的影响

摘    要:为了明确缓控释肥用量对不同品种决明幼苗生长发育的影响,以3个决明栽培种为材料,研究了不同缓控释肥用量对决明幼苗叶绿素含量、保护酶活性、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明不同缓控释肥处理间决明的叶绿素含量、保护酶活性、MDA含量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均存在显著差异,品种SY-Q-2的叶绿素含量、SOD和POD活性均随缓控释肥用量的增加而升高,缓控释肥用量达到27~36 kg/hm2时均达到峰值,而SY-01-02和HQ-W1-01在缓控释肥用量为18~27 kg/hm2时达到最大。综合分析得出,参试的三个决明品种对缓控释肥的敏感程度总体表现为SY-Q-2〉SY-01-02〉HQ-W1-01,缓控释肥用量为27 kg/hm2有利于促进决明生长发育。

Abstract:This study aimed to investigate effect of slow release fertilizer on growth and development of Cassia obtusifolia L seedlings of different varieties. The effects of different slow release fertilizers on chlorophyll content, protective enzyme activity, MDA content, soluble sugar and soluble protein content were studied in three Cassia obtusifolia L.Results showed significant differences in aforementioned parameters among different slow release fertilizer treatments. The chlorophyll content, SOD and POD activities of SY-Q-2 increased with the increase of slow release fertilizer amount, reaching the highest level under the slow release fertilizer amount between 27~36 kg/hm2. The variety of SY-01-02 and HQ-W1-01 reached the maximum under the slow release fertilizer amount between 18 and 27 kg/hm2. Comprehensive analysis showed that the sensitivity of three varieties to slow release fertilizer is SY-Q-2 > SY-01-02 > HQ-W1-01, and the application of 27 kg / hm2 slow release fertilizer is helpful to promote the growth and development of Cassia obtusifolia L.seedlings.
