摘    要:摘要:本文探究益生菌菌群对烟草促生长作用以及对烟草白粉病的防控作用。通过田间对比实验,测定烟草株高、叶面积、烟叶数量判断烟草的生长状况;通过测定烟草枯黄比例、病情指数、防控率作为指标判断益生菌菌群对烟草白粉病的防控效果。结果显示,实验组平均株高为76.69 cm高于对照组株高58.12 cm;实验组烟叶数量平均为19.5张高于空白对照组15.75张;实验组平均最大、最小叶面积分别为569.66 cm2、92.10 cm2,空白对照组平均最大最小叶面积分别为491.80 cm2、103.73 cm2,实验组平均最大叶面积显著大于空白对照组叶面积,最小叶面积小于空白对照组但两组之间差异不显著;实验组病情指数为57.31低于对照组病情指数62.70,防治效果为9%,实验组枯黄比例为62.56%略高于空白对照组61.32%,两组之间差异不显著。本研究表明,益生菌菌群对烟草有明显的促生长作用,并对烟草白粉病有一定的防控作用。

Probiotic flora for tobacco growth and control of tobacco powdery mildew
Abstract:Abstract This article explores the probiotic flora effect on tobacco growth and the prevention and control of tobacco powdery mildew.The tobacco plant height, leaf area and number of tobacco leaves were determined by field comparison experiment to judge the growth of tobacco. The control effect of probiotic flora on tobacco powdery mildew was determined by measuring the proportion of tobacco yellow, disease index and prevention and control rate.The results showed that the average plant height of the test group was 76.69 cm higher than that of the control group, which was 58.12 cm. The average number of tobacco leaves in the test group was 19.5, which was higher than that of the control group (15.75). The average maximum and minimum leaf area of the test group were 569.66 cm2 and 92.10 cm2, respectively. The average maximum and minimum leaf area of the control group were 491.80 cm2 and 103.73 cm2, respectively. The average maximum leaf area of the experimental group was significantly larger than that of the control group. The minimum leaf area was smaller than the control group, but the difference between the two groups was not significant. The probiotic flora treatment groupThe index of the probiotic flora treatment group was 57.31, which was lower than the control index of 62.70, and the control effect was 9%.The experimental group slightly yellow ratio was 62.56%, which is slightly higher than 61.32% in control group. There is no significant difference between the two groups. This research show that probiotic flora has obvious growth promoting effect on tobacco, and has certain prevention and control effects on tobacco powdery mildew.
