| Abstract: | The article derived the mathematical relationship between admissible error, standard deviation, variation coefficient and average value from the normal distribution curve, precision test, and modified Horwitz equation, and also defined the theoretical unit standard deviation and unit variation coefficient which were utilized as anchor points to understand data discreteness in order to evaluate the results in precision test and accuracy test. |
