摘    要:建立了定量分析毒死蜱乳油中有害物治螟磷的毛细管新的气相色谱内标法,用邻苯二甲酸二异丙酯为内标物。实验条件如下:毛细管柱:30m×0.32mm×0.25μm;进样口和检测器温度:250℃;柱室温度:170℃;载气H2流速:2.6mL/min。该方法在0.125~2μg质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.005 2,变异系数为6.56%,平均回收率为100.7%。

Abstract:A new method for quantitative analysis of harmful substance sulfotep in chlorpyrifos EC by DB-1 fused silica capillary column with Di-iso-propyl phthalate as the internal standard was established. Analytic conditions were as follows. Column: 30m×0.32mm×0.25μm; column temperature: 170℃; temperatures of injector and detector. 250℃, and carried gas: H2 2.6mL/min. This analytical method is linear and reproducible over the range 0.125-2μg with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The result showed that the standard deviation was 0.005 2, the variation coefficient was 6.56%, and the average recovery was 100.7%.
