| 摘 要： | 本文采用气相色谱法,试样用丙酮为溶解,以邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯为内标物,使用DB-5毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器对试样中乙丁烯氟灵进行分离和定量分析。结果表明乙丁烯氟灵线性相关系数为0.999 9;标准偏差为0.24,变异系数为0.25%;平均回收率99.9%。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Ethalfluralin by gas chromatography with acetone as the solvent,diisobutyl phthalate as internal standard,DB-5 capillary column and flame ionization detector was described.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.26,the variation coefficient was 0.27％,the average recovery was 99.9％. |
