| 摘 要： | 肌肉生长抑制素(MSTN)基因是畜禽生产力的重要候选基因,并成为提高畜禽肉产量的研究的焦点。近年来,有关牛、猪、斑马鱼MSTN基因的研究不断增加,该领域的深入探讨可能对畜牧生产和医学上产生深远影响。本文较全面地介绍了MSTN基因的发现、基因的结构、基因的表达、作用机理及发现的突变点和多态性,评价了研究MSTN基因的意义。

| Abstract: | MSTN gene is an attractive candidate gene for animal productivity and It has been a focus of research aiming at increasing meat production livestock and fowl.Recently,more studies have been conducted in cattle,pig and zebrafish on MSTN gene,the further research could lead to far-reaching influence on stockbreeding and medicine.This article described the structure,expression,mechanism of MSTN gene,the discovered mutation position site and polymorphisms,and expounded the significance of researching MSTN gene. |
