| 摘 要： | 利用大量图表和统计资料详细介绍了50年来日本水稻栽培面积,产量,主栽品种,生产成本,大米消费以及国际贸易等方面的动态变化趋势,分析了日本水稻生产和消费的历史、现状和问题,并对今后我国水稻的育种方向以及国际国内稻米市场开拓提供了一些有益的建议。

| Abstract: | Dynamic Change tendencies of the rice cultivation area,production,cultivated varieties,rice consumption and international trades during the past 50 years in Japan were detailedly introduced by quantity of figures,tables and statistical data.The history,present situations and problems of rice production and consumption in Japan were also analyzed.In addition,this paper provided some valuable suggestions for the rice breeding direction in China and the rice market exploit at home and abroad. |
