高等学校的科技投入：规模与结构

对高等学校科研投入中存在的资金规模偏小、渠道偏窄、资金配置缺乏合理性等问题进行分析，据此提出相应的建议措施：加大投入力度、调整投入结构、完善科研管理体制，以促进高校科研事业的进一步发展。

Investments of science and technology in institutions of higher learning: scale and structure

With the recent development of science and technology in our colleges and universities,in- vestment of scientific research is widely increasing so that achievements in scientific research are con- stantly raising in quantity and quality.But there still exist some actual problems:Funds invested in scientific research are smaller in scale,with narrower channels and short of rationality.This article suggests that it can further improve the case of scientific research in our university to increase invest- ment,to adjust investing scales and to perfect managerial system in scientific research.
