| 摘 要： | 根据“中国水土流失与生态安全综合科学考察项目”中“建设项目水土流失研究课题”所取得的相关成果，总结全国“十五”期间建设项目的概况、建设项目所造成水土流失的特点、水土流失量及其分布特点，从法制建设与宣传教育、科研和技术支持体系建设等方面对建设项目水土流失综合治理工作提出了对策建议。
